An order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
For bookings made during specific offers, full payment must be received within 4 days from the date of booking to avail of the offer.
Narayani International is not responsible for the loss of any offer if payment is not received within the stipulated 4 days.
Booking amounts or advances do not accrue interest.

3. Finance Terms:
Purchase through finance is solely at the discretion of the financier.
The financier retains the right to reject any finance proposal without providing a reason.
Documents submitted for the finance proposal may be retained by the financier even in the event of proposal rejection.
Customers are requested to submit photocopies to safeguard against loss of original documents.
Direct all finance-related queries to the financier’s office.

4. Terms in Case of Financing:
Any booking amount or advance payment does not confirm the order unless approved by the financier.
In case of rejection by the financier, the customer must make full payment within 4 days of notification, else the booking will be canceled.
Any down payment or advance will be refunded without interest in case of order cancellation due to finance rejection.

5. Warranty and Manufacturing Defects:
All warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer per their terms and conditions.
For after-sales support, please contact the authorized service center or company representative as per the manufacturer’s policy.
One year comprehensive onsite warranty by the manufacturer is available on certain products.

6. Pricing and Stock Availability:
Prices are valid for online purchases only and until stock lasts.
Narayani International holds the right to alter prices and availability without prior notice.

7. Finance Companies:
Finance proposals may be facilitated through financiers such as Bajaj Finance, HDFC t, HDB Finance,Paytm and Pine Labs, subject to their individual terms and conditions.
They reserve the right to accept or reject finance proposals without justification.

8. Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted on a Dead On Arrival (DOA) basis and must be processed by the respective service center within 7 days of purchase.

9. Discounts and Offers:
Discounts are provided on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and are valid on selected models.
Narayani International and its affiliates reserve the right to modify, extend, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

10. Reservation of Rights:
Narayani International reserves the right to accept or reject any purchase order without assigning any reason.
By engaging in a purchase or booking with Narayani International customers affirm their acceptance of the above-stated terms and conditions and any other applicable terms related to purchase, warranty, and finance conditions of financier(s). These terms supersede all previous offers and price lists.

Please note that other terms and conditions may apply, and for any further clarifications or disputes, the decision of Narayani International shall be considered final and binding.
